Terms and conditions of the mobile interconnection and call termination service – effective as of 18.03.2015
Magyar Telekom has been designated as an operator having significant market power in the market 2/2014 („Wholesale voice call termination on individual mobile networks”). In accordance with the market resolution No BI/30556-57/2014 of the National Media and Infocommunications Authority of Hungary, Magyar Telekom published its terms and conditions of the mobile interconnection and call termination service. The terms and conditions qualify as a legal framework under which an alternative operator may interconnect its electronic communications network with the mobile network of Magyar Telekom so that Magyar Telekom terminates the voice calls originating from network of that alternative operator in its mobile network. Please note, that the market resolution, the terms and conditions and the template of the mobile interconnection agreement are only available in Hungarian.
