Zsuzsa Tóth (born in 1979) graduated from the Corvinus University of Budapest with a degree in Finance and from the Kellogg School of Management in the USA with an MBA in Organization Development and Marketing. For nearly 10 years, she supported large enterprises in several countries as management consultant at McKinsey, helping them to develop their strategy, processes and organization, and managing several HR projects. Subsequently she worked to improve the performance of SMEs in Central and Eastern Europe at Oriens Group, representing the ownership side.
Zsuzsa was the HR Director of CIB Bank, member of Intesa Sanpaolo Group from 2016 until February 2024, responsible for all HR functions, project management as well as process management coordination. As of 1st of March 2024, she is the Chief People Officer of Magyar Telekom.
